Biography

Dr. Saba Ghazal’s journey started growing up in Riyadh, but she became the first woman in her family to study abroad when she completed undergraduate studies in Egypt at MISR University for Science and Technology. She then received her Bachelor’s Degree of Oral Dental Medicine and Surgery in Egypt before going to the U.S. She thrived in multiple advanced training programs including a three year residency in Texas where she earned her specialty certification in Periodontics. Her love for learning led her to a fellowship in dental implants and a research project in the same field. In addition, she served as an instructor at the graduate level to help develop the next generation of healthcare professionals.Dr. Ghazal is an active lecturer in Saudi Arabia and beyond, and she’s constantly learning through advanced courses with the world’s most distinguished practitioners. She’s held multiple academic appointments in Riyadh and the U.S., published peer-reviewed research, and earned recognition that includes graduating from dental school with honors. She loves the constant evolution within dentistry and the satisfaction that comes from helping her patients smile with confidence and optimal health. Dr. Ghazal also looks for opportunities to provide pro bono dentistry in underprivileged areas. But when she’s not serving patients, she may be enjoying boxing, crossfit, water activities, or beach time. She has two boys, Yahya and Yosef, and they spend time excelling in gymnastics and calisthenics.
